Where do you source your crystals from?
Clair de Lune London sources crystals from all around the world, including (but not limited to) Brazil, China, India, Pakistan, Indonesia and South Africa.

Is your business ethical? If so, what do you do to ensure these things?
At Clair de Lune London, we do our best to ensure our crystals are ethically sourced. We do this by maintaining close relations with our suppliers and being sure to enquire about working conditions etc before building these relations. Most of our suppliers are family run businesses, so they do the mining, carving and selling and can confirm that all is done ethically.

Is your business eco-friendly? If so, what do you do to ensure this?
Being environmentally friendly and creating minimum waste is one of the most important things to us as individuals and as a business. All packaging materials used by Clair de Lune London are either recycled or recyclable. Our foam peanuts are bio-degradable and can be dissolved in water (ideally under a running tap); our boxes, envelopes, tissue wrapping paper and business cards can be recycled; and our bubble wrap is always re-used. We re-use as many packaging materials from our stock orders as we possibly can, while still providing a clean packaging aesthetic.

Do you offer custom designs on your jewellery?
Not at present, but we will be looking into this in the future.
