REFUND & RETURNS

We take great care in preparing customer orders, using high quality packaging materials for all of our parcels and working with internationally recognised postal services/couriers for all deliveries. Whilst we do our very best to ensure that every order arrives on time and safely, postal errors or transit damage can sometimes occur. 

 

In this instance, compensation is available in the form of store credit or by refunding the full amount (minus transaction fees) to the same billing account as the initial purchase, at the customers discretion. ​

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To be entitled to a refund/store credit, your returns claim must to be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. After this point the item/s in question need to be sent back within 14 days of the claim being made. If the claim or return is not made within these time frames, a returns claim cannot be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived - please take extra care when sending items back. We cannot claim any responsibility for damage caused after the point of initial delivery.
